We look forward to delivering your order fast and safe. Here is how our shipping works, with zero hidden terms.

1. Order Processing Time
- We pack and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. 
- If there is a big holiday rush, shipping might take a bit longer. Thank you for your patience!

2. Shipping Times & Costs
You can see the exact shipping price clearly on your screen at checkout before you pay.
- Standard Shipping: Packages usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days.
- Free Shipping: Spend over the minimum limit shown on our front page, and the shipping fee is on us.
*Note: Very rarely, international packages may face short customs checks which can delay delivery for a few days.

3. Live Order Tracking
- The moment your box leaves our doors, we will email you a tracking number and a live link.
- Please give the postal system 24 to 48 hours to update and start showing your package on the map.

4. Check Your Address
- Please double-check your house number, street, and zip code before buying. It is your job to give us a correct address.
- Once the parcel is given to the mail truck, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address provided by you.

5. Broken or Lost Boxes
- We pack every item safely inside strong boxes. 
- If a delivery driver damages your box or it goes missing, please contact us immediately. While we do not own the mail company, we will gladly step in and help you talk to the carrier to fix the problem.
