We want you to love your order at canomni.shop. If you change your mind, we are here to make things quick and easy for you.

1. The 30-Day Rule
You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to ask for a return or refund. 

2. How to Return An Item
To get a full refund, your item must be:
- Brand new and never used.
- In its original packaging box.
- Sent back with your order number.

3. The Refund Process
- Once we receive your return box at our warehouse, we will check it within 2 business days.
- If everything is okay, we will refund your money back to your original payment card instantly.
- Please give your bank 3 to 5 business days to show the money in your account.

4. Who Pays for Shipping?
- If we made a mistake or the item arrived broken, we will pay for the return shipping.
- For normal returns (change of mind), you will need to pay for the return postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. No Returns on Sale Items
Items marked as "Clearance" or digital gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
